Pierson of Midvale. The honored man was born on Dec. 28, 1906 in Daniels, Oneida County, Idaho, the son of Samuel Levi Pierson and Elian Areta Stevenson. He and Juanita Moser were married on Dec. 20, 1930 in Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho and the two of them are the parents of three children. They are Betty Jo (Mrs. Ronald) Lee of Sandy; Gerald F. (Doone) of Smithfield, Utah and Ludell P. (Krem of Murray, where Ludell is the City Recorder. Zucchini Bread Broccoli Elegante DOROTHY BIRD 1 cup sugar cup brown sugar 1 cup salad oil 3 eggs 2 cups grated zucchini 3 Tbsp. vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda k tsp. baking powder 3 tsps. cinnamon '2 1 cup chopped nuts. CLARA YORK 1 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, green beans, pearl onions, and red pepper 2 Tbsp. flour 34 cup mayonnaise 23 cup milk 23 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cup soft bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine Cook vegetables as directed on package, drain. Mix flour into mayonnaise, then gradually blend in milk. Stir in 13 cup of cheese. Saute bread crumbs in butter lightly. Combine vegetables and mayonnaise in 1 quart, casserole, top wih bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bubbly and light brown. Makes 5 servings. . -- Mix together eggs, oil and sugars. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powser and cinnamon. Now add zucchini, vanilla and nuts. Bake in loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour.
