Santas schedule during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season is literallly mind boggling, but the jolly old elf still finds time to answer Christmas letters. Assisting Kris Kringle with his correspondences again this year is the Salt Lake County Recreation Divisions Special Delivery Santa program, which currently is in full swing. Letters sent to Santa with a stamped envelope in care of the Divisions special address will receive a reply, county recreation spokesman Wayne Miller explained.,. To give Santa enough time to reply before Christmas Day, however, Miller stressed that letters should be sent no later than Saturday. Teachers, too, may take advantage of the service, he noted. Teachers may have their classes write to Santa in care of the Recreation Division and enclose all letters in a manila envelope along with & legible list of names of the children writing the letters.
