Advanced drama classes at Kearns junior high are working on a series of one-aplays for a Halloween festival to be held Oct. 13 for students and Oct. 27 for the community. Each class will present two plays, with students from one class presenting The Haunting of Hathaway House and The Mystery Liner and the other class performing The Strange Inheritance and The Vaga--- bond Vampires. Kristie Fink is drama teacher. Serving as student directors are Todd Bills, Pat OConnor, Eric Wiberg and Wendy Pass. Mike Frane and Todd Funderburk will announce the program. All four plays will be presented on Oct. 13, with selected classes being invited as audience. The two best plays will be performed for the public at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 27, with tickets priced at 75 cents per person or $2 per family. The girls are warned to be up on current events. Lynn was ready on most issues, but the judges had some questions about the Gary Gilmore case that she wasnt prepared for.
