NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE 3 OFFICE I 1 SALT LAKE LITY UTAH dec 28 1806 1 OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the desert lake reservoir and irrigation company by its president joseph draper whose post oll ce address la desert lake utah has made appi cation in wor danee with the requirements of chapter session laws of utah to appropriate prop three thousand alx hundred and fifty acre feet of water from river emery county utah sa d water will be diverted I 1 by of a dam and canal at point which bears south 16 degrees east 1691 feet d stant from the southeast comer of section 10 township 17 south range 8 east salt lake base and meridian from where it will be conveyed for a d stance of 54 4 feet to a reservoir where it will be stored whenever available during ohp entire year the water so stored w 11 be released from eaid vo r during the period from may 7 to october 16 inclusive of each year and conveyed by means of a canal to 4 acres of land embraced in sec eions 11 and 12 township 17 south range 10 east sect ons 6 7 11 28 29 31 32 33 and 34 town ship 16 south range 11 cast salt lake base and mer d an and there used for irritation purposes th s appi cation is designated in the state engin eer a office as no all protests against the grant ng of bald aepli cat tat ng the reasons must be made by affidavit aff davit n cupl cate and filid in this office with n thirty 30 daye after the completion of the cation of th s notice CALEB TANNER state engineer date of first cat on jan 6 1907 date of completion of cation feb 4 1907
