to stop wildcats in idaho boise idaho in both houses there has been introduced the bill lecorn mended by the american mining con gress to stop the operations of those who sell wildcat mining stock it pro hibits the making or publication of calse or exaggerated statements con berning the financial condition of cor po rations or as to the value of the property which tend to give a value to the stocks or bonds of such corporations it provides a mint mum penalty of ten years imprison pent and a line of 20 or both
