CHAMBERS was graduated from Weber State College with a B.S. degree in 1974, and was a member of the University of Utah, class of 1977 when he received a masters de- - V gree in engineering administration (MEA). Chambers was a 1971 graduate of Clearfield High School, and his parents are Mr. and Mrs. Revere L. Chambers who reside at 1998 W. 2700 S., Syracuse. The United States Achievethat Ho Todd has been named 1982 United States National Award winner in mathematics. a THIS AWARD is a prestigious honor very few students can ever hope to attain. In fact, the Academy recognizes less than five percent of all American high school students. Ho Van Todd, who attends North Davis Junior High, was nominated for this national award by Mr. Holt, an algebra II teacher at the school.
