Beat cream cheese until creamy and add vanilla and lemon peel. Mix together sugar, flour, salt and gradually blend into cream cheese. Add whole eggs and yolks one at a time, beating af--. ter each just to blend. Gently stir in cream. coconut 2 cups frozen whole strawberries USING A small scoop make balls of the ice cream. Set each ball as shaped onto a tray in the freezer. Spread coconut on a large sheet of waxed paper. Roll ice cream balls in coconut and coat lightly. Return to freezer. To freeze in ice cream freezer fill 2 quart can, place in packed ice and salt. Turn until mixutre is fairly stiff. Remove dasher and cover can with waxed paper and replace the lid. Let stand until firm.
