The suit was filed Tuesday by Kenneth Long, Casper, Wyo., in behalf of his daughter, Carol Denise Long. Heclaimsthe child was permanently injured when she was struck by a Gem Typewriter Exchange, Inc., vehicle driven by Bob Johnson Davis in Pocatello April 15, 1962. The child wascrossing a street near her grandparents’ home on Riverside Drive.
