I)eoinlr 22, 1980 Utah Flag to Fly at Monument for Hostages 1 HILL AFB A Utah state flag will soon be among those flying at a Niagara Falls, N.Y. monument dedicated to the Americans held hostage in Iran as a result of the efforts of the 1881st Communications Squadron here, , The monument, funded and erected as a volunteer effort by Air Force active duty, Reserve and Air National Guard units in each state and the District of Columbia, was dedicated Oct. lp.
