PLEASAN- T- Ashley and Tanner announce the marriage of their parents Anglea Nicholes and Ryan Burton on July 13, 1996. A garden reception will be held in their honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the brides home, 595 South 300 West, Mt. Pleasant. The bride attended North Sanpete High School and is currently attending Snow College. She is the daughter of Kent and Carolyne Nicholes, Mt. Pleasant, and granddaughter of Dr. Max and Darlene Nicholes, East Carbon; and the late Mary Nicholes; Carl and Eva Bell Smith, Provo. The bridegroom graduated from North Sanpete High School and is currently employed at P.C.L. Construction Company. He is the son of Dave and Jeanette Burton, Mt. Pleasant, and grandson of Mary Yardley, Mt. Pleasant; and the late Howard Yardley; and the late Abe and Carole Burton. The couple will make their home in Mt. Pleasant. Ryan Burton, Anglea Nicholes Becky Marshall named new loan officer for Security State Mortgage MT. PLEASAN- T- A new business, Security State Mortgage, has recently opened in town. Becky Marshall is a new loan officer for the company that has offices in Salt Lake City, American Fork and now here. She moved here just over a year ago, with her husband and four children. Her husband, Greg, works at the Trojan Powder Plant in Spanish Fork. She says they love the rural area and plan to live here for a long time. She has a degree in accounting from Stevens Henager College. She has also attended real estate school and feels she will be able to meet the needs of people seeking financing. She also stresses that many people in this area have been taken unfair advantage of and wants to see that changed. Pleasant Library, 24 East Main, at 10:30 a.m. Gailene Hooper, Spring City, will teach the children about local Indian customs, crafts, games and folklore of Sanpete County 100 years ago. In researching local history. Hooper found many stories which she will use in this centennial program. An added element to the Utah Centennial program is Indian histories, legends and stories. In addition to banking, she has worked over 20 years in business, management and the computer field. She and her husband, Gary, are the parents of nine children.
