Black Third time Riata art winner LAYTON - Grand Prize winner at the annual Riata Days Art Exhibit was Naomi Seely of Roy. This is the third time Mrs. Seely has received top honors in this art content which features some of the b st amateur arts in Northern tah. using mostly painting knives and some brush work. She uses primarily oils and her favorite subject material are landscapes. -- Mrs. Seely has exhibited throughout Northern Utah. She has received awards for her oil paintings at the Riata Days Exhibit, the Pioneer Days Art Show in Ogden and the Utah State Fair. She has been accepted at the Bertha Eccles Art Center.
