Colonel Collins was born in Idaho Falls. Ida. He graduated from Shelley High School and enlisted in the Air Force in 1953. He graduated from Aviation Cadets in 1954. He obtained his bachelor of science degree in aerospace science from the Oklahoma State University. He received his masterof science degree in international relations from George Washington University in 1972. COLONEL Collins is a graduate of the Naval War College, the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Command Staff College and Squadron Officers School. He has served in Texas, Hawaii, California, Oklahoma, Germany, Vietnam. Rhode Island, Ohio and the Philippines, Japan and Hill Air Force Base. The Kaysville-Davi- s County Daughters of Utah Pioneers invite all citizens of the area to attend their "Ring A Bell for Freedom morning patriotic ser- vice on July 4 at 7 a.m. They are asked to meet in front of Kaysville STATE FORESTER, Ralph A. He met Claudia Simas at the University of Southern California during undergratuate vears, and they were married while he was in medical school. They have 5 children, and one due in September. They reside in Layton 12th Ward. Claudia is the owner and operator of the F.lm Tree Learning Center a private learning facility located at 746 South Main, Lavton, just south of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Personal interest include woodworking and technical fields such as electronics and most recently computers.
