While traveling upon the highway into Walisburg, extensive road building activity can readilybe seen alongthehillside slope. It is the first phase of a land project named, “Heritage Hills,” a project which is planned to become Heritage Hill's _village. The land development covers 6,000 acres of Wallsburg’s underdeveloped Round Valley hillside. The first plat of 29 twentyacreplots is to be sold for either investment or personal use, sold jointly with friends or resubdivided andpart resold. A minimum size of 100,000 square feet, or approximately 22 acres is to be maintained in this plat area. At the highway entranceinto the land development, a sign is placed which reads: “Heritage Hills — Utah's Four Season’s Recreational Community.” In keeping with the theme of “Recreational Estates,” plans are also in making for small, man-made lakes to be stocked with trout and give small boat accessibility; a nine hole golf course; a restaurant and possibly a western shopor twoof the curio type. Heritage Hills has been advertised in the Improvement Era magazine. Last month it carried an invitation to a free tour of historic Wallsburg and Heritage Hills to interested Conference visitors. This tour took place on Saturday. are working toward their doc- torate degrees at Duke Mr. Rollins is getting his degree in comparativeliterature andhis wife will receive hers in French.Mr. Rollins taughtin the BYU English department for two years and has also taught private piano lessons fer four years.
