BOUNTIFUL Mimnaugh, an emergency room physician at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, has been honored as one of three Outstanding Young Men of Utah by the Utah Jaycees. West Bountiful suffered moderate damage from the heavy winds. The primary debris strewn around the city was shingles off of roofs and tree branches.
