W hile the eating marathon is in full bloom, nothing is more appealing than a table laden with decorative snacks and a tilled punch how l. hot or cold Yes. snack food answers the call tor happy holiday munching. In electric mixer, beat cheeses until light and Huffy Stir in green onion and green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne and salt. Cover and chill until firm enough to handle, about two hours. Using your hands, Miape the mixture into round ball; roll in chopped parsley to completely coat the ball. Wrap well and refrigerate overnight or as long as five days. To serve, allow ball to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or apple slices.
