Show The Salt Lake Tribune, Sunday, January 31. 1971 r BETROTHAL Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Wheeler Lougee, Winchester, Mass., and Rockwood, Maine, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ellen Christine Lougee, to Matthew Roy Simmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy William Simmons, Kaysville. The courle is planning a June 19 wedding. Miss Lougee graduated from the Northfield School for Girls and Connecticut College where she served as president of her junior and senior classes. She has served as assistant director of Community Development Program in Wallingford, Conn. She presently is working on her masters degree at Boston University. Mr. Simmons graduated cum laude from the University of Utah where he affiliated with Sigma Chi, Owl and Key and Skull and Bones. He received lu masters degree with distinction from Harvaro. Graduate School of Business Administration. He was a research associate at Harvard while studying for his doctorate.
