They will celebrate their marriage that evening at a reception from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Historic Utah County Courthouse. Tricia is the daughter of Karen Armstrong Carter and Wm. Randy Carter. She graduated with High Honors from Payson High School and LDS Seminary. Lindsey, son of Wayne and Marjorie Lindsey, also of Payson. Tricias grandparents are Sandra Armstrong, B ill and Jeanine Carter, Starr and Enid Brockbank, and pf Charley and Alice Dimmick. Nathan is the son of Don and Rowena Aina of Forest Grove Oregon. He graduated from Forest Grove High School as valedictorian and LDS Seminary. He also graduated from B YU in Psychology.
