A large center ring made of cardboard was very realistic. Bright red and yellow circus pennant flags were strung across the ceiling of the hall. The p tent held interesting sights to see. Game booths lined the walls. The smell of popcorn and the sound of gay Calliope music filled the air. The large crowd was welcomed by Cub Master Mr. Clifford A. Palmer.
