Mrs. Ethel Erdmann Romer, North First East, Brigham City, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 1976 at the home of a daughter of cardiac arrest. She was born.jn Sebewa, Mich., on March, 1889, the daughter of Cbtrfee Michael and Viola Blood,Srginann. She was married to Jamei Romer on April 6, 1921 ft) Brigham City. He died Aug. 28, 196k She came to Utah from Michigan with her parents and two sisters when she was about 1 years old. Her parents had joined the Mormon church before moving to Brigham City where she resided most of her 87, of 54 life. (Bill) Harris Joseph William (Bill) Harris, 66, of 123 South First East, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1976, after an extended illness. He was born Jan. 9, 1910, at Richmond, Utah, a son pf Aroet and Olive Kerr Harris. He was reared and educated in Cache valley. He married Blanche Woodward on March 2, 1932, in the Logan LDS temple. He was the founder and owner of the Peach City Ice Cream company and had lived in Brigham City for the past 39 years. y He is a past member of club and the Greater Brigham City Area Chamber of Commerce. H was a high priest in the Brigham City First LDS ward. Survivors include his wife, one son and two daughters, Robert D. Harris, Loveland, Colo.; Mrs. Jed H. (MerLynn) Pitcher, Bountiful; Mrs. Chris R. (Rita) Pella, Logan; 12 grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and three sisters, Charles M. (Bus) Harris, Orem; Mrs. Ivan S. Owens, Sr. ( He was born May 27, 1892, in Deweyville, a son-- of William Parsons and Mary Agnes White Owens. He married Isadora Shum-wa- y on Aug. 22, 1917, in the Salt Lake LDS temple. He had been Graham county, Ariz., agricultural agent for many years. He served in the US Army during World War I. He had lived in Deweyville, Willard and in Arizona and in Farmington for the past He was born Sept. 21, 1946, In Brigham City, a son of Clifford J. and Berniece Tanner Hobson. He married Anne Marie Koldewin on Dec. 6, 1974, in the Ogden LDS temple. He was owner and manager of Rick's Racket Chalet and had been employed by the Horizon Land corporation of Denver, Colo., where he received a special award for salesmanship and management. He had served with the US Marine corps during the Vietnam war where he received the Purple Heart award, the Bronze star. Silver Star and the Navy Commendation medal. He was an LDS four-yeseminary graduate and was an elder in the 67th ward and was teacher of the elders quorum. He graduated from Box Elder High school and attended Utah State university and Weber State college. Surviving are his widow of Ogden; his parents of Brigham City; two sister, Alesa Hobson, Brigham City; Mrs. Paul (Debra) Gardner, Salt Lake City; a grandmother, Mrs. Chloe Tanner, Brigham City. Funeral services were held Wednesday in Myers Mortuary chapel in Ogden with Bishop Wayne Crosbie of the Ogden 67th ward officiating, Burial was in Brigham City cemetery. ar W. Her parents are members of the Harper ward. Survivors include her parents; two brothers and two sisters, Reed Price, Paul Price, Janet Price and Jill Price, all of RFD 1, Brigham City; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey L. Price of Bountiful; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Neeley, serving an LDS mission in Fulton Ky. Acil Huff Acil Wayne Huff, 69, of Salt Lake City, formerly of Tremon-ton- , died at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1976 of a stroke. He was born April 23, 1907 at Moab, a son of Jefferson Adam and Mary Emeline Moore Huff. He married Mattie Nielsen May 26, 1951 in Evanston, Wyo. They were later divorced. He was a veteran of the Air Force in World War II. He was a farmer and landscaper. He was also an amateur boxer. He was a high priest in the LDS church. Survivors include two sons and two daughters, Thomas Wayne Huff, Jerry Christian Huff, Mrs. Raymond (Nancy) Paxton and Miss Carol Huff, all of Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; a brother, Joel R. Huff of Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, .at, noon JmAhe Tremonton Third wafd'chapel. Oyler Twins Risee Oyler and Rachelle Oyler, newborn twin daughters of Ted Dee and Diana Marie Jones Oyler of Tremonton, died shortly after birth Sunday, Dec. 26, 1976, in a Logan hospital of prematurity. They were born Dec. 26, 1976. Parents are members of the LDS church. Surviving are his widow of Farmington; sons and daughters, Stephen Lester Owens, Jr., East Layton; Grant Shumway Owens, Benson, Ariz.; Mrs. Agnes Mae Pace, Davis, Calif.; Mrs. Helen Jean Blake, Phoe-- ' nix, Ariz.; 35 grandchildren; 13 ms 1 Hobson , 1463 Salt Lake City, living with the Nephi Anderson family and graduating from LDS High school there. After teaching school in Perry for a year, she went to the Utah Agricultural college in Logan, graduating in 1912. She taught high school at Levan and at the Gila Academy in Thatcher, Ariz., and Ricks Academy in Rexburg, Idaho. She had served as an organist in the Primary'; Relief Society and Singing Mothers in the LDS church. ,s.iq? She was a former, member of the American Association of University Women and the Brigham City Civic Improve- -' ment club. She was a member of the Brigham City Fourth ward at the time of her death. Survivors include a daughter; Mrs. Harrison (Ruth) Miller of Brigham City; six grandchildren; four Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at noon in the Brigham City Fourth ward under direction of Olsen Funeral Services.
