Christensen and his wife, the former Jeanne Whitney of Baton Rouge, La., are parents of one son, Matthew, 2, and reside in Brigham City at 704 North Second East. This input came from serving on a task force for Hospital Corporation of America whose aim it was to develop a standarized program format to guide design of HCA hospitals. The task force which also included a construction engineer and architect, surveyed about 20 hospitals in the HCA system plus two others. Senator Frank E. Computer The hospitals data processing system is one of the facilitys most sophisticated features. Financial information is fed into a computer terminal located at the hospital. Then at midnight, the terminal is plugged into a direct line with a computer in Rockville, Md. The information is transferred there and stored in the central location. The system results in better service to the patient because it allows dally updating of his bill, making possible a more accurate total and speedy issuance of his bill.
