A quick trip to the scales made me face up to the fact that I did have a dread disease called Fatiosis Seaterdownous Extremis. The only known cure is complete abstanence from everything that's good to eat. The only word uglier than fat in the English language is diet. But diet I must or I soon wont be able to get through the door into the kitchen, a thought not completely devoid of merit. This is the way my diets usually go. I am hoping for an overnight miracle but when I get up the first day of my new diet I know that it is a hard long ar institution in Thousand Oaks, Calif., and which is supported by the Lutheran Church in America.
