Show Tremonton Tales BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, Utah 3t Thursday, July 10, 1975 Harris' back from East after delightful 2 weeks by Flo Munson Dr. and Mrs. LaMar Harris have returned from a delightful two weeks vacation in the East. They were accompanied by Mrs. George Shelby and daughter Kathy and son Bobbie of Garland. They visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stanton and family in Millbrook, N.Y. Mrs. Harris told of finding an exclusive old Dutch restaurant in Pennsylvania which was really great. They visited Mrs. V.W. Switzer in Benton Harbor, Mich., Dr. Jerome Gold, Mrs. Paul Pavlik, Dr. Laurel Moench and Mrs. Leo Koet in Chicago. Recent houseguests of Dr. and Mrs. LaMar Harris were Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Crandall of Rapid City, S.D., and Mrs. Suzanne Roberts and son Mark of Salt Lake City. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Grant Callister during the past weekend were Craig Callister and Margaret Strasser of Salt Lake City and Mr, and Mrs. Rodger Callister of Logan. Houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Francom last week were Mrs. Arland Woodward and daughters Chris and Rachel of North Hollywood, Calif., Mrs. Craig Woolley and son Cabot of Ogden. the weekend Spending visiting Mrs. Vernell Morrison were her two sons Doug Morrison of Provo and Don Morrison of Logan. Dr. LaMar Harris became a great grandfather June 25 to a baby boy born to Dr. and Mrs. Melvin (Linda) Nosanchuk in Salt Lake City. . . Have Visitors Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Francom this week are Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Pierson and sons Craig and David and daughter Janet of Sparks, Nev. They will also visit Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Pierson and other relatives in East Garland. Albert Earl has returned home after undergoing eye surgery at the McKay hospital in Ogden Thursday. Mrs. Albert Earl is receiving medical care in the Tremonton Valley hospital. Mrs. LaDee Mitton of Mesa has arrived to be with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Albert are while Earl they recuperating from illnesses. Mrs. Owen I. Garfield returned home Sunday after receiving medical care in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City after being involved in a car accident. She is staying with her Mr. son and daughter-in-laand Mrs. J.R. Garfield and family. Her husband is still receiving care in the LDS hospital. for cancer cause A youth dance to raise money for the American Cancer society in South Box Elder county is scheduled Friday, July 11, at 8:30 p.m. in the Brigham City Community center. Price of admission will be $1 per person. Golden Rod will provide music for the dance. The group is donating its time to help raise funds for the cancer research cause, a spokesman said. Sunday for the blessing of little Mari Mashelle Jones, daughter of Michael and Mary Ann Jones and granddaughter of Woodrow and Ruby Harries Hales of Logan. Monday Mrs. LaMar Harris left for a short trip to Salem, Ore.
