Brian Compton and Gary VanDenKeikhof, 3, found that out the hard way last Friday. Brian, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Compton of 260 W. Sixth a North, has a tree house platform anchored atop a steel pole in his backyard. Brian finds the pole easily accessible for ingress and egress with a length of inch pipe he shinnies up like a monkey. They all visited Mr. and Mrs. Lee Goddard, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Goddard, Mrs. Mary Thomas and Mrs. Lillie Caldwell in Malad. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Peterson returned Wednesday after a pleasant visit with relatives in Ephraim, Moroni, Salt Lake City, Syracuse and Layton. Arriving Thursday to spend a few days visiting Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Vanderhoof were their and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Tony (Moliece Vanderhoof) Davis and family of Whitaker, Calif. Mrs. Loretta Starr and son John enjoyed Sunday dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Don Starr and family in Hunter. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Peterson accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Carl Starr to Ogden Friday to visit Mrs. Ray B. Woodland who is receiving medical care in the McKay hospital.
