Mrs. Maderos had been living with a daughter and her husband, John and Ogalina Barrett in Washington. Burial was in Honeyville cemetery. The first grade won the prize for the PTA drive to recruit new members. The PTA officers wish to congratulate the class and to thank their parents for their support. The Honeyville Fire department wishes to thank everyone for their support on the pancake supper which they held this last week. It was very successful and reported good response. Friday night the Cub Scouts and Webelos held their September Pack Meeting. The Webelos and Den Two each had a skit which they performed for the parents, and the dens had a display table which showed the projects the boys worked on during the month. The boys received special awards which they had earned and then the parents and leaders went into a separate room for a meeting. There was a discussion explaining the program to the parents. While the parents were in the meeting the boys played games. Then ice cream cones were served. or pictures anyones they may for the same price. The daughter of Ted and Judy Chlarsen was given the name Amy Jo. The daughter of Bob and Ruth Hunsaker was named Molly. Lillywhite of Fullerton, Calif, came to visit at the home of their daughter-in-law- , Annette Lillywhite. They came for their grandsons, Jays eighth birthday and also to attend his baptism and confirmation. They also brought Mrs. Elizabeth Nielson of Salt Lake City. She is an Aunt of the Lillywhites. They arrived on Friday and on Saturday they drove to Logan and took Jay to Dees for lunch and was delighted by the Deeburger Clowns presence on his birthday. Then they went up the canyon and afterwards Jay was baptised. Then on their return home they all enjoyed ice cream and cake with all his cousins in attendance as well as his three brothers, Justin, David, and Travis. Then on Sunday Jay was confirmed in Fast Meeting and afterwards his grandparents and aunt left to visit their daughters on their way back to California. Vital stats bureau at new address The bureau of vital statistics Utah State Division of Health is moving its office from 44 Medical drive to 554 South Third East in Salt Lake City. of the Effective Sept. 30, 1974, persons who want copies of certificates of births or deaths that occurred in Utah should submit their requests by mail or in person to that address. John E. Brockert, director of the bureau, states this move involves the transfer of more than 1.5 million birth and death certificates that have been registered since 1905. The bureau issues in excess of 50,000 copies of these certificates annually.
