Bingham of Ogden. The couple has set Nov. 22 as their wedding date, and will be married in the Salt Lake LDS temple. That evening they will be honored at a reception at the Box Elder South W. V. stake center. Directors meeting for the National League of American Penwomen of Utah was held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the home of Maxine Jennings, state president. A luncheon was enjoyed by the directors with Mrs. Jennings as the hostess. A planning session was the order of business and the coming agenda for the organ ization was discussed, with a September tea to be held in Salt Local couple to wed in early autumn rite on Nov. 9 at the of Utah Union Building at 12:30. Dorothy Hanlon won the dubious honor of high net for the obstacle tournament during the month but was delighted with the American flag presented as the prize by Sgt. Team players for the year have been Alma Bryant, Annabel Ricks, Grace Beasley, Gurtha Williams, Sue Gentry, Wanda Cox, Cill Sparks, Jessie Jeppersen, Marion Higginson, Carrie Rennick, Bea Thurston and Leaine Jensen. Some of Mrs. Seiferts many the friends newspaper and noted the disparty between day and date so were able to attend the open house on Saturday, but others attended on Sunday afternoon and were disappointed in not getting to extend their best wishes in person.
