Nicholas Mrs. Fannie Amelia Stokes Nicholas, 86, of 512 South Third West, Brigham City, died Sunday morning at Cooley Memorial hospital after a short illness. She was born Oct. 16, 1887, in Perry, a daughter of Charles and Eliza Amelia Young Stokes. She was married to Merideth Nicholas on April 28, 1908, in Ogden. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS temple. Mr. Nicholas died May Police City Brigham recovered a total of 84 realtor signs this past week, apparently some kind of world record. After pulling the vehicle over, he discovered 10 realtor signs in the back. Four occupants, three and one were arrested and charged in the thefts. A short time later, another 20 signs were recovered. One of the youths was reported to have said they were trying to set a world record for the number of for Sale signs placed around Box Elder High school. However 30 signs werent enough. Jones, 91, Brigham City, died Saturday at the home of a daughter at 577 South Third West. Jones was born Dec. 28, 1881, in Dolgelley, North Wales, a son of Edward and Jane Jones. He married Annie Jones in North Wales on Feb. 19, 1910. She died Jan. 7, 1958. He had spent several years in South Africa and Canada and came to the United States in school, Wiggins.
