Fourth St., Brigham City, has graduated at Utah, Lackland AFB, Tex., from Air Force basic training. Airman Knavel received courses of study on the Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special instruction in human relations during his six weeks at the USAF Training Center. Airman Knavel will return to his AFRES unit at Hill AFB, Utah, where he will receive training as an administrative technician. Jackson . Brigham native promoted to group manager A Brigham City native, Wayne Tingey, has been promoted to group manager of the western Idaho and Montana groups of the Meadow Gold Dairies. Tingey will supervise dairy plants in Boise and Great Falls, Billings and Missoula, Mont. He is a veteran of nearly 29 years of service with the company.
