During the day Mrs. Holts daughter Mrs. Mae Shapiro of Tacoma, Wash; and her son. Von Holt of San Pedro, Calif; called to extend birthday wishes. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. George Myler in Clarkstor. Wednesday were Mr. and Mrs. W. Lee Thompson of Garland. Mrs. Ralph Greenwell of Auburn, Calif, has been spending several days visiting her daughter Mrs. Coral Lou in Roberts and family Tremonton. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wood of Fielding entertained at a dinner party at their home Sunday in compliment to their son, Kirk who was observing his birthday anniversary. The occasion was also the wedding anniversary of their and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Bingham of Elwood. Ogan in Ogden Saturday. ; son-in-la- w i California Vacation Arriving home Saturday evening from a delightful two months vacation in California were Mr. and Mrs. A1 Fuhriman of East Garland. They visited in Midway with Mr. and Mrs I Ken pdulsen and with Dr.' and Mrs. Mahlon Christensen and family , ' in San Diego. They visited points of interest including Sea World, Camarillo, Tijuana. They also visited Mrs. Fuhrimans uncle Alvin Evans in Norwalk and her cousin Adeena Bear in San Pedro. They enjoyed a family party at the David Wood home in Gardena, visited friends in Inglewood and many other historical points of interest. Sunday they visited Mrs. Fuhrimans daughter Margaret Christensen in Logan and enjoyed a dinner party at the Loft House. Mrs. Leonna Standing of Ogden has been spending several days with her daughter Mrs. Dennis Miller and family in Tremonton. The Future Progress guild of Fielding met at the home of Mrs. Darvel Gam Thursday evening with Mrs. Val Leavitt as Special guests were Mrs. Lynn Garn of Tremonton and Mrs. Steve Coombs of Fielding. A delicious hot luncheon was served. Mrs. Lanny Smith was chairman for the program and introduced Warner Stoddard and his daughters Debbie, Dixie and Christy and his sons Ronnie and Tommy of Honeyville who entertained with western songs and guitar numbers. Cleo Tolman and Tim Hawks also accompanied the group with musical numbers. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Hall of Portage have returned after a vacation in delightful California. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs.. Duggan Allen of Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Cannon of San Diego accompanied them to Tijuana, to Irvine to visit Mr. and Mrs. Covel Hall, to San Palms to visit Mr. and Mrs. Phil Barnow. They attended the Merv Griffen Show, the Newly-We- d Game and toured the Walt Disney studio as guests of Richard Rich. They also attended a Hall family reunion held at the Taft Hall in Sunnyvale enjoying a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Mrs. Leo Farnsworth and her daughters Mrs. Ross Wood and Mrs. Horace Peck of Fielding, Mrs. Merlin Whittle of Garland, Mrs. Clifford McMurdie and Mrs. A.C. Christensen of Elwood enjoyed a session at the Ogden Temple Friday followed by a lovely luncheon.
