Show V Educator Gains Top Federal Award DIA Bureau of Indian affairs was recently presented one of the top federal awards for his service while acting principal of an Indian school in Oregon. Victor LaCourse, educational specialist training, at the National Indian Training center school on the Intermountain campus was given the award this past week by Beverly Holmes, acting director of the NITC and Ray D. Reese, acting chief of training section at A educator NITC. During this time LaCourse implemented many new innovations in education from the NITC. He started a total of 38 new programs at the school. The school was also equipped with an educational TV system, the one and only close circuit television system in the BIA.
