Willetto B. Antonio, instructional aide at the Navajo boarding school, issued a statement refuting a claim by school administrators that the accusations are without foundation. "We stagnate at the bottom of the career ladders; we are denied relevant training which will insure promotions," Antonio stated. Antonio said two meetings have been held this summer on grievances of Indian employes, one locally which involved BIA representatives, and another at the area office in Gallup, N.M.
