For many years, Mrs. Barnes served as an organist. She was also a Relief society worker. SURVIVORS are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Junior (Mar-tell- ) Green of Layton; three HER MOTHER of Costa Mesa, Calif, also survives her as do three brothers and three sisters. Gill died Dec. 15 at her home of a heart attack. in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Howard and Leona Peterson Phelps. On Oct. 10, 1942, she married George Wayne Gill in Salt Lake City.
