Broncos blast Dinos, The San Juan Bronco football team started the season with a convincing 33-- victory over the Carbon Dinos on August 20 in Price. The Broncos overwhelmed the Dinos, rushing to 30-- lead at half. It was a strong offensive and defensive effort for San Juan. Sophomore Roman Black began the game with a fumble recovery deep in Dino territory. Justin Meyer punched it in from three yards and San Juan had a 0 lead. Later in the quarter, Jens Wilson caught an 80 yard touchdown pass from Jordan Bradford. It was more of the same in the second quarter, featuring a seven yard touchdown by TD pass Meyer, and an from Bradford to Jeremy Arthur.
