John is the son of the Ken Blacks of Blanding. Lewis and Marian Peterson, former Blanding residents, are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary on November 26 in San Pedro, California. Their many friends here wish them a lot more happy years together. Lewis is a brother of Mrs. Stanley Lyman. The Dan Barfuss family had a family birthday dinner on Sunday honoring their son David who turned 17 on November 3. are Ed and Yvonne Keele and son Calvin have been spending a few weeks in the delightful sunshine in Mesa, Arizona. The Blanding Elementary Schools PTA membership has reached an all time high of 314 members following two months of intensive work to boost last years record of 202 members.
