Dr. Robert Leake of the Utah State Board of Education will address the members of the Monticello PTA, their guests and the general public next Wednesday, December 2, at the Monticello High School Auditorium. His topic will be alcohol and drug abuse and prevention. Leake, who joined the Utah State Board as a specialist for health, physical education and recreation in 1959, has served as the State Drug Abuse Education Director and department head of health physical education and recreation at Utah State University. Leake has published several professional papers.
