The Councils committees will meet on April 3 at 10 a.m. at the Moab District Office (125 West Second South in Moab). The Wilderness and Nuclear Waste Committees will meet from 10:30 a.m. to noon to review public comments travel Off-roa-d prohibited In response to complaints from visitors to Goblin Valley and con- sultations with the Utah State Division of State Parks and Recreation, the Moab District of the BLM is implementing a temporary off road vehicle closure of 20 acres adjacent to the entrance to Goblin Valley State Reserve. al This is located in Emery County. The east slope of Wild Horse Butte and the flat area west of the GoblinValley entrance road will be closed. This emergency closure is a result of the area being heavily impacted from dumpage of human waste, trash and the destruction of vegetation, along with erosional problems. This temporary closure will be in effect until June 1, 1981. Environmental The Range Statements and RecreationWild-lif- e Committees will meet from 4 p.m.to 5 p.m. to discuss the Grand Resource Area range inventory and review the new grazing regulations amendments. Non-Renewa- ble OQQ recommendations from the committees. They will also discuss the status of old business and review the State Director's decisions on protests filed on Wilderness Study Areas.
