Show Legal Notice Legal Notice ORDINANCE NO. 1974-- 3 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A Notice is hereby given that San Juan School District has been notified by the Community Action Program that the Headstart program run by the CURFEW IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Blanding, Utah as follows: BE It shall be (a) unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to remain or loiter upon any street or public place within the City of Blanding between the hours of 10:30 o clock P.M. and 4:00 oclock A.M. of the following day, during the periods of Mountain Standard Section 1. Time, or between the hours of 11:00 oclock P.M. and 5:00 oclock A.M. of the following day, during the periods of Mountain Daylight Saving on any Time, day of the week than other Friday or Saturday, unless accompanied by an adult having the care and custody of such minor. By Helen Redshaw Mr. and Mrs. James Barry, Stephanie and Helen Redshaw returned Friday, June 7 from a two week trip, going first to Geneva, Nebraska, where Helen visited a sister who is confined to the nursing home and enjoyed a reunion with a brother and family from Mays-vill- e, Missouri and sister from Dawn, Missouri. The Barrys went on to Minneapolis, Minnesota to visit Jims aunt and family and Bernices cousin and family in Stewart, Iowa. Later they all toured the Black Hills, visited the Mount Rush-mo- re Caves and the gold mine and mill at Lead, South Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stephens from Mesa, Arizona visited the Charles Snyders last week and spend two days at Lake Powell with them. Mr. and Mrs. Walt Snyder and Fred, Mr. and Mrs. Sid Snyder and family and Phyllis Crowley attended the graduation of John Snyder June 1st at CSU in Fort Collins. Mr. and Mrs. Walt Snyder flew to Carlisle, Pennsylvania June 7 for the graduation of Lt. Col. their He Earle Spry. received his masters degree from the war college there. Mr. and Mrs. H. W. She spent two weeks helping her parents, the Travist Johnsons, and visiting friends and rela- tives. The Eastland primary children presented a very in- teresting program in Sacrament Sunday.
