Show Governor Forwards RC&D Request Remember Ciiig Of The IHlouse Gardell Snow, Chairman of the Southeastern Utah Association of Governments, received a letter from the office of Governor Rampton this past week endorsing the proposed Castleland Resource Conservation and Development Program for the four counties of Southeastern Utah (San Juan, Grand, Carbon and Emery Counties). The proposal for the RC & D and the letter of endorsement are now being forwarded to Washington for final consideration and approval.
