In discussing the ordinance, it was the opinion of members that in order to have a neat, clean city something must be done about vacant lots overgrown with weeds. Such an ordinance, now in effect in some Utah cities, pro directors. Three directors terms will expire this year. They are Dale Holmes, Bob McCaslin and Keith Shumway. Holdover directors are George Jones, Eddie Boyle and Phil Palmer.
