'IK When it comes to residential care facilities you have to visit the Turnquist Retreat at 95 North Center in Elmo. Turnquist Retreat follows the guidelines set out by the State of Utah and are licensed by the Division of Health but then they go a whole lot further in providing elderly people who need 24 hours of love and care in a home and family atmo- sphere. There are now 10 employees working under the direc- tion and ownership of Caleen and Daryl Wilcox after four years of being in business. They recently added an additional 3,000 square feet to additional space for seven more beds making the number of beds available at 16. Daryl and Caleen started the facility by constructing the first set of buildings in 1991. 1995 was a good year for the Turnquist Retreat seeing growth and superior service and 1996 is expected to be much the same as quality care and effective programs are sought and imple- mented at the retreat.
