Catherine Howells has been feverishly working on organizing the second annual Castle Valley Tractor Parade that will be held in conjunction with the gourd festival. Last years event was a great success and drew about a dozen entries. Many people lined Castle Valley Drive between Ford tractor and have my grandkids involved with our lawn tractor and peddle tractor again and look forward to the variety of tractors and equipment in the valley. The Castle Valley Town Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing to receive input on the proposed land use ordinance that deals with the annexation policy plan.
