Today Editor those Bed and breakfast inns cosy, homey establishments threatening to take customers away from larger, more impersonal hotels, have arrived in Utah Valley. One inn, to be exact, will open for business in the next few weeks. Aptly named The Pullman, the inn will be Provo's only official bed and breakfast establishment to date. It is housed in a quaint Victorian e the century mansion William H. Ray home, in Provo at 415 S. University. It is named after the luxurious Puiiman train cars, well known durand historiing the cally significant in Utah. Three enterprising brothers will act as owners, registrars, bellmen, man servants and cooks. For instance Tim's an excellent cook and will contribute in the kitchen," said Kelly Morganson. Morganson said guests will be able to enjoy a full breakfast including such items as fluffy eggs, home-bakemuffins, bountiful pancakes, thick toast and fresh fruit juice. The Morganson's mother, Beth, is also involved in the family enterprise. d choco"She will make lates that guests will find on the nightstand in their rooms. Plus, she will be supplying the same kind of chocolates for sale in our gift shop," Kelly said. The handsome story house features six charming and comfortable bedrooms. There is also a kitchen, parlor and library. The gift shop is located in a handy nook on the first floor.
