Puckett of Orem announce the engagement of their daughter Patricia Ellen to Roy Douglas Luker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin K. Luker of Salt Lake City. The couple are planning an Aug. 15 wedding in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and a reception that evening in the Ward. Orem First - Twenty-Fourt- h Attending the bride will be her sisters Mrs. Brad Walker, and Martha and Carol Puckett, Miss Puckett is a 1968 graduate of Orem High School and LDS Seminary. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 1972 and is currently teaching special education in Granite School District. Mr. Luker is a 1968 graduate of West High School in Salt Lake City where he nd' was active In student government ROTC, He also graduated from LDS Seminary and fulfilled an LDS mission to the Eastern States. He is currently working with his father in their jewelry business in Salt Lake City. and the bridegroom's sisters, Mrs. Randy Holt and LaDawn and Debbie Madsen. The bridegroom has chosen Peter Rudd as his best man.
