By JOSEPHINE ZIMMERMAN UKfc.M An insignt into the growing problem of drug abuse will be the topic of an Orem PTA Council meeting Thursday, Feb, 13, at 8 p.m. in the Orem acr High School auditorium, cording to Mrs. Arden Rowley, council president. A panel will discuss the problem, and a representative of the Orem Police Department, Detective Kenneth Pilkington, will be present to answer questions about local conditions. Participating on the panel will be Robert Leake, Salt Lake City, moderator; Capt. Swen Nielsen of BYU Security; Dayle M. Jeffs, Utah County Attorney; and Dr. Eugene Faux, director of children's ser 'ces at the "tan State Hospital. Written Questions Each member of the panel will give a short presentation, after which they will answer written questions from the audience.
