To be considered low visual impact, the facility must meet all of the following criteria: a. Neither the antenna nor any newly-erecte- d pole or support structure holding the antenna shall exceed twenty-fou- r (24) inches in diameter (except electrical equipment boxes may be affixed to the base of the pole at ground level and deemed an acceptable part of such pole if such boxes have di- nn nrnatAr than inrhM hw 0t InrhAC jvianfitnn by 12 inches and a maximum height of 36 inches above grade). b.
