The Academy, located at tem porary quarters at Lowry Aid Force Base, will be officially ded icated Monday. Air Secretary Harold Talbott, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. N. F. Twining and Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. Hubert R. Harmon, will speak at the dedication. As part of the "open house" program Saturday, the Air Forcd conducted special civilian tours that left the main entrance every half hour. In addition to seeing the temporary Academy buildings, the visitors got a look at the architec tural concepts of the permanent academy which will be built just north of Colorado Springs.
