Wilson - Lynn Levvls Byd wnum f t f I Thalian Club Members Look Back On Year of Interesting Activities Stanley Gordon The Thalian Club calendar has been filled with interesting events and occasions which have provided stimulus to the activities of each member of the group. During the early part of the year, Mrs. Freeman 'Barnes served efficiently as club president. After elections this year, beginning with the autumn season, Mrs. Richard Woffinden the medical uses of hypnosis and also gave a demonstration, using four club members as patients. Following the Christmas party, to be held Dec. 21, the club is looking forward to the coming events of the year. There will be a talk on "The Ideal Home," by Dr. Reed Bradford. There will be a book review, a fashion show, and a flower show. Mrs. Jean Clement became president, with Mrs. Rel-do- n The Barnes Za other club officers include. Contributions to Hospital The autumn events started with a lawn party to welcome in new members. A contribution of $50 was made to the Lehi Hospital. October featured the travelogue presented by Mrs. Vera Trane. She told of her trip to Europe. Three new babies were born to club mmbers. A girl was born to Mrs. Charlie Winters, a girl to Mrs. William Yates, and a boy to Mrs. Kenneth Cardon. The Hallowe'en party was held at the home of Mrs. Robert White and featured a spook alley and films of previous club Holloween re-ve- parties.
