The Lady Utes defense is really shining, holding their opponents to under 67 points and causing 20 turnovers per game, 12 of which are steals. Over the Autumn quarter break, Utah will play five away games and two home games, including two NBA-lik- e spans of three games in five nights. First, the Lady Utes take off after finals to play in the Big Sky state of Montana. Friday, Dec. 14, Utah will play Montana and then meet Montana State on Sunday Dec. 16. Two nights later on Dec. 18, Utah will be in Springfield, Missouri to take on Southwest Missouri State. After the Christmas holiday, Utah will travel to the sunny state of California for a Dec. 28 meeting with the Lady Bruins of UCLA. Utah will end the five straight games on the road schedule by once again Slaying Weber State. That game will in Ogden on Dec. 31. Utah will then get a taste of play in the new year with two home games. Jan. 2, Utah will host Southern Utah and then meet Boise State on Jan. 4. Both of those games begin at 7:30 p.m. It will be a busy break time for the Lady Utes but they can't look ahead.
