D 1977 Trcmonton Talos Plymouth Notos Abbotts Leave For Brussels Home By Flo Munson Mr. and Mrs. Donald (Reta Richards) Abbott and daughters, Donita, Sheri and Tami, and sons, Jeff and Tyson, have left to make their home in Brussels, Belgium, for the next three years. Donald is on a special assignment from Hill AFB. Bishop and Mrs. Arlan Woodward and family of North Hollywood have been spending the past week visiting Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Francom. Other weekend guests at the Francom home were Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Dawn) Cilmore of Kenne-wicWash., Mr. and Mrs. Craig Woolley and sons, Cabot and Logan of Ogden, Kevin Hauck of Ft. Collins, Colo., and Andrew Anderson of Ogden. Saturday they all attended a William Francom family reunion held at Peter- ers. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Rogers were at the Salt Lake airport last week to meet and daughttheir er, Mr. and Mrs. Leon (Kar-la- ) son-in-la- Stout and son, Kristoph-e- r, of Tempe, Ariz. Leon Stout remained in Ogden on business and Karla and son accompanied them home for a few days visit. Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, Karla Stout and son, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ward Taylor and family, joined Dana Rogers at the Grandview Restaurant in Logan where they enjoyed a dinner party honoring Dana Rogers who was observing her birthday. k. Thursday Mrs. Ruth Castleton, accompanied by Mrs. Rehklau and daughter, Linda, attended a bridal shower honoring Miss Miriam Crookston held at the home of Mary Mikkelson in Ogden. A social was enjoyed, followed by light refreshments. Friday Randy Rehklau accompanied Melvin Castleton and sons on a fathers and sons outing in Ogden Canyon. Mrs. Castleton remained for a visit with her daughter, Mrs. Melva Crookston in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kotter attended graduation exercises at the Brigham Young University in Provo Friday where their daughter, Sally was among the graduates. Sally received a B.S. degree . in elementary education. They also visited their daughter, Dixie, who is living in Provo.- . Vernell Morrison Sunday were her cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Neils Larson of Ogden. The Tremonton Sixth Ward held their annual summer party at the North Park Bowery Tuesday evening. A delicious supper was served followed by a program. A large group attended. Former Tremonton residents, Mr. and Mrs. Ron (Joan Bowcutt) Ransom and daughters, Chris and Annette, of Roseville, Calif, arrived Sunday evening and will spend a week as houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bowcutt in Garland and visiting other relatives and friends in this area. Wednesday Mrs. Bowcutt accompanied them to Rexburg where Chris enrolled at Ricks College. Mr. and Mrs. Bryant (Carolyn Cannon) Pulley and daughters, Laura, Kimberly and Gwen of San Jose, Calif, have been spending the past week visiting Mr. and Mrs. Owen Cannon and family. Saturday evening Carolyn attended her high school class reunion held at Sherwood Hills in Sardine QUALITY I through Saturday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ray Finch were their daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Karla) Cranney and son, Tyler, of Oakley, Idaho. Friday Mr. and Mrs. Finch and Mrs. Cranney accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Owen Udy, attended a wedding ceremony in the Salt Lake Temple where Mrs. Finch's nephew, Richard Downey, claimed Melody Keuster as his bride. A wedding breakfast was held at the Lions House. That evening they all attended a reception held in the cultural hall at Pine Canyon in Tooele, Dr. and Mrs. D. B. Green, accompanied by their and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Sid Garrett, and Mrs. Green's brother and sister-in-laMr. and Mrs. Elwin Ellis and daughter, Gayle, of Salt Lake City attended a John Edward Ellis family reunion held at Ross Park in Pocatello Saturday. Spending the weekend visiting Mr. and Mrs. Einor Stenquist were their daughter, Mrs. Leo Conger, and daughters, Kris and Kathy, and Kathy's friend, James Keymyer of Edmunds,. Wash. Other Sunday dinner guests at the Stenquist home were Ross Stenquist and Suzanne Stenquist of Millville, Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Stenquist and family of Bountiful, Mr. and Mrs. Claine Stenquist and family of Roy, Mrs. Jerald Iverson and family of Bear River City. Enroute back to Edmunds, Mrs. Conger and her daughters stopped at Rexburg where Kathy enrolled at Ricks College. Her boy friend, James Keymyer has received his call to fulfill an LDS mission in South Dakota. Weekend guests at the home of Bishop and Mrs. Theo Coombs and family were Dr. and Mrs. Daryl Gam and family of Mesa, Byran Hall of Alexandria, Va., Mrs. Craig Webb and daughter, Natalie, and Michael Coombs of Salt Lake City. Saturday they all attended a Hall reunion held in the Portage ward building. Sunday they enjoyed a dinner party at the Coombs home. Sunday evening they attended a testimonial in Salt Lake City honoring Mrs. son-in-la- - Sally Nelson is spending a few days visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kotter. The literary Guild held their summer patio party along with their husbands, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Edvalson, Saturday ev-- ; ening. A delicious supper was enjoyed by about 30 after which games were played, directed by Mr. and Mrs. Edvalson. Frierids and relatives of Mrs. Clifton G. M. (Irene) Kerr will be happy to know she has returned to the hospital in Tremonton for further medical care. Luncheon guests of Mrs. daughters, Lesa and Leah, attended a dinner party at the Plank House Restaurant in Provo. Mrs. Shirley Davis is attending Education classes at the Brigham Young University in Provo this week while her husband, Paul Davis, is in California on business. Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Brough and daughter, Patti, and son, Daren, and Mr. and Mrs. Greg Hardman and family, along with Mr. and Mrs. Verl Grover and family of Brigham City and Mr. and Mrs. Royce Larson and two children of Park Valley, attended a Ralph Grover four day family reunion held at Lava Hot Springs last weekend. Miss Ardes Adams, along with Mrs. Erma Warburton of Grouse Creek, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Young of Perry, Mr. and Mrs. Afton Adams, Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Adams and family of Fielding, Mrs. Angie Adams of Logan attended a DeLos Adams family reunion held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bourne and family in East Garland Saturday. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Rees, along with Miss Florence Richards of Kays-vill- e and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Benson of Soda Springs, visited Mrs. Mildred Richards in Garland. Spending the past few days vacationing in Yellowstone Park were Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Miller and son, Roger. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. DeeEll Fifield of Ogden.
