Show August 14. 1997 fcW Runners, walkers bid farewell to commander Retired Maj. Gen. Pat Condon (center), former Ogden Air Logistics Center commander, gets ready to lead the charge at the 5K Condon Farewell Road Race, Aug. 9. Mark Foster came in first in the men's division with a time of 17:40. Jeremy Draper was second with 18:07 and Eric Moses came in third with 19:35. In the women's division, Jodi Clayton took first with 24.14; Cherie Pierce, 26.04, was second; and Janene Curtis was third with 26:12. In the team competition, Contracting Directorate was first, command section came in second and the 649th Combat Logistics Support Squadron, who ran in OO-AL- C formation, finished third. One hundred and ten participants ran 3.1 miles or walked one mile. The race began at Aspen Avenue and finished on Georgia Street.
