Smith, associate dean of the Division of Continuing Education, both from Weber State College in Ogden. The seminar is open to anyone who wishes to attend,, and one hour of administrative leave has been approved for civilians. However, prior approval and coordination must be obtained from immediate supervisors. It is being sponsored by Quest International Training in Communications Club. Dr. Ulibarri has developed a stable collegiate program for professionals and has been deresponsible for administering, planning and veloping departments of instructional development, "Self-Esteem- non-cred- it ft H "i human development and the entire area of student of stupersonnel, including all duties of the dean dents. He earned his degree from the University of Utah in 1963 and has been a professor at the colcollege since 1965. He has also served at four other leges as a lecturer in history, baseball coach and associate professor of history. He has received many scholarships and awards, is active in his community and has been an academic and technical instructor for the U.S. Air Force. Ms. Smith is responsible for overall management credit and of programs, external degree programs and developing electronic media support for distance learning programs. She has served at four other colleges prior to employment at Weber State. She has also served as director of Outreach Education and the School of Allied Health Sciences.
